Assistant Boutique Manager - RTW

As an Assistant Boutique Manager at Neiman Marcus in Beverly Hills, you will work closely with the Boutique Director to manage the sales team and ensure exceptional customer service. Your role will involve maximizing sales, minimizing stock losses, and developing new client relationships while maintaining the highest standards of the Christian Dior brand.

• Maximize sales and monitor daily sales performance and conversion rates.
• Inspire and provide outstanding customer service.
• Assist in setting and monitoring sales goals for Sales Associates.
• Develop and manage clientele relationships.
• Participate in merchandise displays and presentations.
• Train, coach, and develop sales associates in selling skills.
• Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance and sales training.
• Coordinate sales promotion activities and optimize Capture Rate and After Sale.
• Oversee department inventories and monitor merchandise pricing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures.

• 5+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in management in a luxury setting.
• Strong initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity.
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
