Women's Department Manager

Summary

The Women's Department Manager will lead a designated product category to optimize sales performance and enhance client satisfaction. The role involves team leadership, operational support, inventory management, and delivering elevated luxury service standards. The manager will collaborate with store leadership to drive business initiatives and maintain Loro Piana presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement action plans with store leadership to enhance department sales performance.
• Identify opportunities to optimize sales growth and operational efficiencies.
• Maintain organization cleanliness and visual presentation of the department.
• Develop and manage relationships with top clients and VIC initiatives.
• Oversee post-sale services to ensure high level of luxury service.
• Delegate tasks and provide training to department team members.
• Communicate sales updates and conduct performance analyses.
• Support inventory management and daily opening closing activities.
• Coordinate visual merchandising to meet brand standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of management and sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office SAP and other digital tools.
• Excellent leadership teamwork and problem solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of sales operations and inventory management.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
