Summary
Assist the Boutique Director with day-to-day management of the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive commercial performance. Help oversee store opening and closing, merchandising, inventory, and compliance with company policies to protect assets and maximize results.
Responsibilities
- Support sales growth by monitoring performance and conversion rates daily
- Coach, train, schedule, and lead sales associates to improve selling skills
- Assist in assigning and monitoring sales goals and clientele development
- Participate in merchandise displays, presentations, and visual merchandising
- Coordinate and participate in inventories and manage transfers, damages, and returns
- Ensure store security by locking closing procedures and enforcing security protocols
- Facilitate communication between management and associates and run store meetings
- Help resolve operational problems affecting service, efficiency, and productivity
- Perform other tasks as assigned to support boutique operations
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury
- At least 1 year of management experience preferred
- Strong commercial sense, initiative, and fashion sensitivity
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills
- Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Availability to open and close the store and remain on the selling floor as needed
- Knowledge of merchandise handling, pricing, and stock loss prevention
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to develop a personal customer database
