Assistant Concept Designer - Men's

Summary

Assist Design partners in developing brand concepts for multiple made brands by researching trends, preparing deliverables, and supporting design initiatives while working in a hybrid headquarters environment. Provide insight from fashion, culture, social media and technology to inform product design and market strategies and produce compelling narratives that guide the design process.

Responsibilities

• Support Design Director with buy meeting preparation
• Prepare and monitor timelines for deliverables and schedule review sessions
• Assist with preparation of trend reports
• Plan, facilitate and execute assigned design projects
• Collaborate with design team and cross-divisional partners to inform deliverables
• Research trends and competitive brands
• Provide conceptual design input and development support

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associates Degree in Fashion Design Textiles or related field
• 1+ year of relevant design and conceptual experience
• Strong knowledge of textiles artwork techniques and fabric
• Proficiency in Illustrator Photoshop InDesign Miro MS Office and hand-sketching
• Clear written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
