As an Assistant Manager at our Boylston location, you will support the Store Manager in driving sales and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in managing daily operations and leading the sales team to achieve targets.

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all store operations and ensuring operational excellence.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues promptly.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure the store is well-stocked and organized.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.

• 2+ years of experience in a retail management role.
