Summary

The Interim Beauty Counter Manager leads sales and customer service for assigned beauty brands at the Natick Mall counter, delivering personalized makeup and skincare experiences while driving counter sales and managing vendor partnerships. This role is customer facing, commission oriented, and requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products aligned with customer goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges and enroll customers in rewards program
• Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
