SummaryAs an Assistant Manager, Culture and Partnership, you will support the Senior Manager in all partnerships and cultural endeavors for VCA Americas. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in culture and arts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will be based in New York City and will occasionally travel to engage with cultural institutions across the region.
Responsibilities- Support Manager in cultural relations across the region.
- Facilitate evaluations and vetting of potential new partnerships for retail at the regional level.
- Monitor ROI and qualitative value of existing partnerships with retail and CRM.
- Engage with the local arts community and develop relationships with partners.
- Track new requests for evaluation and maintain partnerships index.
- Streamline and support requests to HQ Educational partners.
- Coordinate set-up and logistical details for key members of L’Ecole or Patrimony visits.
- Maintain internal and external catalogues of exhibitions and speakers.
- Support L’Ecole in various formats in the region.
- Support in-market festivals and provide assistance in non-festival periods.
- Coordinate meetings and support relations with Dance Reflections communities.
- Monitor and ensure strategic use of partner benefits.
- Prepare ROI evaluations with qualitative and quantitative information.
- Manage logistics of partner imprint on VCA activations and events.
- Ensure compliance protocol across all department transactions.
- Support preparation of regular business presentations.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in related areas of art, culture, education, or dance.
- Luxury experience is a plus.
- Analytics experience is essential.
- Ability to travel 10% of the time and work outside of normal business hours.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows environment, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in French is a plus.
