Responsibilities- Partner with Senior Manager and HQ teams to develop overall site strategy.
- Responsible for strategic product ranking and merchandising strategy on three OTB sites.
- Work with buying team to guarantee depth and proper assortment based on historical data.
- Audit site to ensure correct merchandising of collections and accurate images.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Salesforce platform.
- Partner with CRM to propose product pushes and maximize email revenue.
- Collaborate with Digital Production team for special collaborations and on-site content.
- Liaise with planning teams to ensure stock levels support digital sales initiatives.
- Recommend and implement CRO and A/B testing.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to inform strategies.
- Analyze product and content performance using analytics tools.
- Run weekly shipping and product availability reports.
- Analyze customer experience to optimize conversion rate.
- Ensure stock points process shipments timely.
- Provide support for store and warehouse teams.
- Coordinate packaging replenishment requests.
- Partner with Senior Manager to train stores on Omni Channel features.
- Monitor fulfillment data for healthy stock balance.
- Manage external customer service agency and handle escalations.
Requirements- 3+ years of experience in E-Commerce, preferably in Digital Merchandising.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with large datasets and informed decision-making through analysis.
- Strong communication skills and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Experience with E-Commerce platforms, preferably Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools like Adobe Analytics and Content Square.
