The Assistant Manager Operations supports day-to-day store operational activities to ensure smooth functioning of the retail location. This role partners with management to drive operational excellence, uphold luxury standards, and deliver exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with processes
• Assist store management with scheduling and staff coordination
• Support inventory management and stock replenishment activities
• Maintain store visual standards and presentation
• Monitor operational metrics and assist with performance improvements
• Coordinate with corporate teams on store initiatives and logistics
• Train and coach team members on operational procedures

Requirements

• Previous retail supervisory or assistant manager experience
• Knowledge of store operations and inventory control
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced luxury retail environment
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Availability to work retail hours including weekends and holidays
