Assistant Manager, Operations

Summary

This role supports boutique operations by overseeing daily operational functions and ensuring processes run smoothly to enable an exceptional client experience. The Assistant Manager, Operations is the subject-matter expert on SOPs, systems, and tools and partners with boutique leaders and the Home Office to drive operational excellence and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory control processes, perform cycle counts, and manage shipping and receiving.
• Support facilities management, security, and compliance within the boutique.
• Collaborate with Home Office Retail Operations to execute strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Coach and train the boutique team on SOPs, systems, tools, and best practices.
• Manage product requests and movement while upholding organizational standards.
• Facilitate opening and closing procedures and support operations during sales and customer service activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and to coach others.
• Flexible schedule with ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays; in-store presence required.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
