Spa Attendant

Summary

The Spa Attendant supports spa management and client services by maintaining a clean, hygienic, and well-stocked spa environment while delivering courteous guest support. This role upholds the spa’s standards and assists therapists and management to ensure excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions of spa areas in accordance with standards.
• Ensure adequate stock of linen, supplies, and amenities; notify management when stock is low.
• Assist therapists with setup and takedown for treatments and support back-of-house tasks.
• Attend to guest needs promptly and communicate any guest experience details to management.
• Report equipment issues and follow the spa’s operating procedures.

Requirements

• Previous spa or hospitality experience preferred.
• Highly responsible, reliable, and attentive to detail.
• Strong focus on guest needs and professionalism in guest interactions.
• Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team.
