Summary

Seasonal Operations Support at The Landmark provides exceptional client service and operational assistance during the holiday season. The role supports store operations, shipping & receiving, inventory management, and the Client Care department to help deliver a memorable in-store experience. This position works closely with sales and management to ensure efficient order fulfillment and adherence to security and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform operations functions to support store sales goals and daily workflows.
• Execute shipping, receiving, replenishment, order fulfillment, and inventory reconciliation tasks.
• Assist Client Care with client communications, follow-up, and order support, including repairs and special orders.
• Manage internal and external phone and email correspondence and partner with Sales Professionals to optimize opportunities.
• Maintain security standards, meet average wait time goals, and assist with opening and closing duties.

Requirements

• Strong interest in operations and shipping processes within a large retail store.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; familiarity with Service Channel a plus.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
