Assistant Manager, Product

Summary

The Assistant Manager, Product will serve as a brand ambassador and business leader for assigned product categories, driving sales, coaching and managing a diverse sales team, and partnering with the Boutique Director and Home Office buying team to optimize assortment and performance.

Responsibilities

• Coach and inspire team members on the selling floor to deliver an elevated client experience
• Manage and drive business for Handbags Small Leather Goods and Eyewear categories
• Provide initial and ongoing product and service training for team members
• Analyze category performance and produce reporting and assortment planning
• Partner with Home Office buying team on assortment and business initiatives
• Lead product category operations with agility and continuous improvement
• Represent the brand in the market and develop the client base through local partnerships and events

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to lift 15 lbs
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights weekends and some holidays
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Passion for the brand and product knowledge
• Customer focused with ability to foster an inclusive team environment
