Associate Gallery Leader

Summary

The Associate Gallery Leader will lead a cross functional team to deliver a luxury gallery experience, driving strategy and execution while supporting and empowering associates. This role requires a strong passion for luxury design, exceptional leadership, and the ability to represent the brand through polished communication and professionalism. The leader will focus on team development, results, and maintaining the RH design aesthetic on the gallery floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop gallery teams to promote a positive and high performing environment
• Represent the brand through professional appearance, communication, and service standards
• Educate teams on product assortment and the RH point of view to enhance the customer experience
• Drive results through team engagement, accountability, and strategic execution
• Attract and retain talent at all levels and address human resources concerns in partnership with People Team
• Prioritize and respond to complex business priorities while embracing change

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in high end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail
• Superior organization, leadership, analytical, and decision making skills
• Proven ability to motivate, influence, and inspire others with attention to quality and detail
• Passion for and ability to master and execute the RH design aesthetic
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending, kneeling, and other gallery floor activities
