Summary
The Sales Experience Manager leads boutique business development and client relationship strategies to drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences. This role partners with boutique leadership, regional and corporate teams to implement sales strategies, manage operations, and support team performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of client relationships and create memorable boutique experiences
- Drive sales and care service teams to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Develop and implement local market sales strategies and CRM efforts
- Coordinate with boutique leadership and corporate departments on business opportunities and communication
- Lead boutique projects including inventories and audit preparation
- Manage boutique operations and controllable operating expenses with the Operations Manager
- Prepare regular sales reporting and qualitative analysis for business development
- Participate in daily boutique setup and breakdown as needed
- Serve as point of contact for visiting stylists and press in partnership with PR
Requirements
- 8 years of management experience, especially in luxury retail or hospitality
- Required experience managing direct reports
- Availability to work retail hours including weekends and travel as needed
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is a plus
- Previous experience with SAP preferred
- Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to develop business, build client relationships, and motivate teams
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for learning
