Summary
Lead and develop a Givenchy boutique to meet sales and profitability targets while delivering personalized luxury client experiences. Act as a community ambassador to deepen client relationships and drive store performance through leadership, coaching, and operational oversight.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the boutique team to deliver exceptional client service and meet sales goals.
- Drive client development activities to cultivate new and existing client relationships.
- Implement store action plans to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Perform active sales leadership on the sales floor and manage key client relationships personally.
- Hire and develop talent and create clear growth paths for team members.
- Coach the team on the selling ceremony and ensure Givenchy customer experience standards are met.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to enhance the client experience.
- Engage with local businesses and community organizations to build a client network.
- Respond to client feedback to improve service and store operations.
Requirements
- 5-10 years retail hospitality or cross-industry experience.
- 5-10 years of management experience.
- Bachelor degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal written and listening communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook and video-telephony tools.
- Proven ability to develop community relationships to generate revenue.
- Experience managing multiple commitments across clients teams and operations.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
