Showroom Manager - Avalon

Summary

The Showroom Manager at the Avalon location is responsible for leading daily showroom operations, delivering a luxury client experience, and supporting the Showroom Director. This role drives sales through clienteling and relationship development, sets performance standards for the team, and oversees staffing, budgeting, and operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales goals through sales strategies, clienteling, and sourcing new clients
• Evaluate team performance, provide coaching, and create action plans for staff development
• Monitor market competition and watch trends to inform selling strategies
• Strategically forecast, plan and manage payroll, staffing and other showroom budgets
• Manage daily operational tasks and uphold showroom standards for selling and service
• Assist with recruitment, retention and training; cascade product knowledge to the team
• Support teamwork and serve as a leader within the building in partnership with leadership

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail service experience required, preferably in luxury retail
• Current knowledge of watch trends and marketplace competition
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office and experience using retail systems (labor management, inventory, sales reporting)
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to deliver exceptional client service
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
