Assistant General Manager

Summary

The Assistant General Manager supports store leadership in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring efficient daily operations. This role assists with team development, operational execution, and maintaining brand standards across merchandising and visual presentation.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in achieving sales targets and executing store strategies.
• Coach, motivate, and develop sales associates to deliver high levels of client service and performance.
• Oversee visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
• Manage scheduling, payroll input, opening and closing procedures, and daily administrative tasks.

Requirements

• 4+ years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury fashion or high-end retail.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities with a track record of meeting sales KPIs.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and knowledge of visual merchandising standards.
• Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
