Summary

The Assistant Manager, Product serves as a brand ambassador and business leader for the assigned product categories. This in-store role drives category performance, develops the team, and delivers elevated client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Coach and inspire the sales team to provide exceptional client experiences.
• Lead training and development on product knowledge, service delivery, and brand savoir faire.
• Own category performance, including analysis, reporting, and assortment planning in partnership with the buying team.
• Use key performance indicators to improve business results and represent the brand through community involvement and local partnerships.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for client experience and the brand.
• Ability to lift 15 pounds and work a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to work in-store to coach teams and uphold boutique image and operational standards.
