Summary
Lead the department manager and store sales team to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs while promoting brand engagement and ensuring both quantitative and qualitative objectives are achieved. Support the Store Director in overseeing floor coverage, sales, visual merchandising, customer service and store operations. Act as a training ambassador and coach for staff development and professional growth.
