Assistant Store Director

Summary

Lead the department manager and store sales team to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs while promoting brand engagement and ensuring both quantitative and qualitative objectives are achieved. Support the Store Director in overseeing floor coverage, sales, visual merchandising, customer service and store operations. Act as a training ambassador and coach for staff development and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the department manager and store sales team to achieve sales targets
• Define and drive targeted quantitative and qualitative goals
• Oversee floor coverage and assist in driving sales performance
• Support visual merchandising and ensure brand presentation standards
• Promote exceptional customer service and build customer loyalty
• Serve as the training ambassador for all staff training needs
• Build and maintain relationships with local and international luxury contacts

Requirements

• Significant experience in luxury goods sales or retail
• 2 to 4 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position
• Excellent time management skills
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus
