As an Assistant Store Leader at KREWE's upcoming Charlotte store, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the brand's high standards and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will oversee various operational aspects, including inventory management and visual brand standards, while contributing to a unique retail experience.

• Use product knowledge to ensure accurate import/export of shipments.
• Consistently maintain visual brand standards.
• Handle premise maintenance, shoplifting prevention, and supply chain issues.
• Ensure excellent customer service for every customer.
• Oversee inventory, shipping, receiving, and back of house operations.
• Manage supply orders within brand budget.

• Understanding of formulas and shipping platforms.
• Prior experience in operations or back of house industry.
• Ability to lift and carry multiple objects.
• Strong communication skills.
• BS degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration preferred.
