Responsibilities

• Act as a visible leader on the sales floor, supporting the Store Manager and ensuring consistent operational and service standards.
• Drive team performance through coaching, feedback, development, and accountability.
• Translate store priorities into clear, actionable direction aligned with commercial goals and brand values.
• Oversee floor coverage, client experience, visual merchandising execution, and daily operational processes.
• Serve as training ambassador to ensure onboarding, product knowledge, selling standards, and service behaviors are delivered.

Requirements

• 3+ years of luxury retail experience with proven success in a supervisory or management role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable in a performance-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, floor leadership, and business KPIs.
