Job Description

Summary

Assistant Manager, Guest Experience for the Magazine Street store responsible for supporting daily store operations, leading the sales team, and delivering a high-end customer experience focused on eyewear and fashion. The role emphasizes team leadership, meeting sales goals, maintaining visual standards, and acting as a style advisor to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales cycle through every step of the process
  • Manage and inspire a team of sales specialists
  • Work closely with retail partners to ensure sales quotas are exceeded
  • Set daily team goals and drive performance to reach targets
  • Maintain visual brand standards at all times
  • Act as a style advisor and deliver personalized customer service
  • Organize and manage multiple clients simultaneously

Requirements
