Assistant Store Manager - New York Fifth

As an Assistant Store Manager at our New York Fifth Avenue Boutique, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, supporting Client Advisors to drive sales, maximizing productivity and profitability, and ensuring compliance with company procedures. You will report directly to the Store Manager and help in achieving and exceeding business goals.

• Identify and implement strategies and initiatives to achieve and exceed business goals.
• Monitor sales floor and zone coverage to drive sales and maintain customer focus.
• Supervise and follow-up daily goals and tasks of Client Advisors, Cashiers & Support Staff.
• Train and develop Client Advisors, Cashiers & Support Staff.
• Maintain working knowledge of all “back of house” operations.
• Ensure all store manuals and logs are current.
• Manage implementation & execution of all company initiatives within the store.
• Assist in management of sales, shrink, and controllable expenses including payroll.
• Oversee visual presentation, including planning, implementation/execution, adjustments and feedback on strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Policies and Procedures in Store including dress guidelines.
• Assist Store Manager in recruiting, retention, supervision, training and development of store personnel.

• 3+ years luxury retail management experience.
• Rich experience and knowledge in luxury.
