The Associate Gallery Leader is a leadership role responsible for delivering a luxury customer and associate experience through coaching, team development, and execution of gallery strategy. This leader oversees day to day operations, supports cross functional teams, and ensures high standards of presentation and service aligned with the brand aesthetic.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop gallery associates through coaching and performance management
- Drive results by engaging and empowering teams and holding accountability
- Represent the brand through professional communication and presentation
- Educate teams on product assortment and the company point of view
- Recruit and attract talent for all levels of the business
- Partner with People Team to address human resources concerns
- Manage operational priorities and adapt to change to meet objectives
- Maintain organization and oversight of gallery floor stock room and office
Requirements
- 7+ years of leadership experience in high end furniture design showrooms or luxury retail
- Superior organization and leadership skills
- Exceptional analytical problem solving and decision making abilities
- Proven ability to motivate influence and inspire others
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strategic and mental agility with results driven mindset
- Proficiency with Mac OS Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform prolonged standing bending and reaching
