Summary

Lead daily store operations at an outlet location on the Upper West Side, driving sales and delivering high standards of customer service and visual presentation. Manage team performance, coaching, and scheduling to meet business objectives while supporting a positive store environment. Ensure operational compliance and efficient execution of merchandising and stock processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
• Create staff schedules and manage shift coverage to meet store needs
• Drive visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation
• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention procedures
• Lead onboarding and training for new team members
• Monitor sales performance and execute action plans to improve results
• Handle customer escalations and ensure satisfactory resolutions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational processes

Requirements

• Proven retail supervisory or team lead experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to coach and develop retail staff
• Experience with merchandising and inventory control
• Reliable availability to work retail hours including weekends
• Ability to work in a fast paced, customer facing environment
• Basic numeracy and capability to manage sales reports and cash handling
