Summary

Lead the outlet store team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets on the Upper West Side. Manage daily store operations, support staff development, and maintain visual merchandising standards to drive performance in a high volume retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach sales associates to meet sales and service goals
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and maintain store security
• Manage inventory processes including receiving and stock replenishment
• Ensure visual merchandising and presentation standards are maintained
• Resolve customer issues and handle escalations professionally
• Schedule staff and coordinate shift coverage to meet business needs
• Monitor sales performance and report results to management

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of retail leadership or management experience
• Proven ability to lead a team and drive sales performance
• Strong customer service and problem solving skills
• Experience with inventory control and merchandising
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends
