Summary

Lead daily outlet store operations on the Upper West Side, ensuring sales targets are met while maintaining brand standards and delivering excellent customer service. Manage a team, support visual merchandising, and coordinate inventory activities to optimize store performance. Serve as the primary point of contact for operational issues and assist in training and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach store associates to achieve sales and service goals
• Oversee daily store opening and closing procedures
• Manage inventory processes including receiving and stock organization
• Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand guidelines
• Address customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues
• Monitor sales performance and implement plans to improve results
• Schedule staff and manage shift coverage

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of retail management or leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong customer service and communication skills
