The Associate Gallery Leader is a leadership role responsible for delivering a luxury in-store experience, supporting and empowering gallery teams, and driving results through strategy and execution. This role requires passion for luxury design, polished communication, and the ability to remove obstacles for associates while promoting RH values and standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop cross-functional gallery teams through coaching and mentorship
- Represent the brand through professional appearance and polished communication
- Educate teams on product assortment and design point of view
- Drive team engagement, empowerment and accountability to achieve results
- Recruit and attract talent across all levels
- Manage complex priorities and human resources concerns in partnership with People Team
- Embrace change and deliver top results with a positive attitude
- Ensure quality standards and attention to detail across gallery operations
Requirements
- 7+ years of leadership experience in high end furniture design showrooms or luxury retail
- Superior organization and leadership skills
- Exceptional analytical problem solving and decision making skills
- Proven ability to motivate influence and inspire others
- Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail
- Strategic and mental agility with results driven mindset
- Proficiency with Mac OS Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver around gallery floor and stock room
