Associate Gallery Leader

Summary

The Associate Gallery Leader is a retail leadership role responsible for delivering a luxury customer experience and driving team performance in a high-end gallery showroom. This leader will coach and develop a cross-functional team, support operational execution, and advance the brand's design point of view. The role requires a passion for luxury design and strong strategic and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop gallery team members to drive engagement, accountability and results
• Represent the brand through polished communication, appearance and professionalism
• Educate teams on product assortment and the company design point of view
• Recruit and attract talent for all levels and support staffing needs
• Address complex priorities and escalate or resolve HR concerns in partnership with People/HR
• Remove obstacles and empower associates to deliver first-class service

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail
• Superior organization, leadership, analytical and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire others; results-driven mindset
• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail and strategic agility
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending and other physical tasks
