Associate Gallery Leader

Summary

The Associate Gallery Leader is a store leadership role responsible for delivering a luxury customer experience and executing RH's design vision across the gallery. This leader coaches and develops cross-functional teams, drives results through engagement and accountability, and supports operational and strategic initiatives. The role partners with People/HR to address staffing and employee relations while maintaining high standards of presentation and service.

Responsibilities

• Represent the RH brand through polished communication, appearance and professionalism
• Lead, coach and develop gallery teams to foster a positive, high-performing environment
• Drive sales and operational results through team engagement, empowerment and accountability
• Educate associates on product assortment and the RH point of view to elevate the customer experience
• Attract, hire and retain talent at all levels for the gallery
• Recognize and prioritize complex business needs and adapt to change to deliver results
• Partner with the People Team to resolve human resources concerns promptly

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail
• Superior organization, leadership and people development skills
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire others; results-driven mindset
• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail and strategic agility
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and to maneuver around gallery floor, stock room and office; role entails prolonged standing and physical activity
