Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by setting goals, monitoring KPIs, and implementing strategies to exceed revenue and margin targets
• Train and develop team members in product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies to ensure extraordinary customer experiences
• Implement ticketing, price changes, and scheduled markdowns in alignment with company standards
• Build and maintain client outreach lists to foster relationships and drive repeat business
• Maintain merchandise presentation and store appearance to uphold brand standards
• Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate sales, operations, and customer service initiatives
• Ensure operational excellence including safety, inventory control, and visual merchandising compliance

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings
• Proven history of exceeding sales targets through leadership and strategic execution
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across all operational hours
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending, and other physical tasks required on the sales floor
