Store Manager - Easton Town Center

Summary

As Store Manager you will lead the new Easton Town Center store, driving sales and service targets while overseeing daily operations. You will develop and coach a professional team, maintain store standards and visual presentation, and manage store P&L and budgets. The role requires strategic problem solving, strong organization, and a focus on delivering a highly personal customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a professional store team to achieve sales and service objectives
• Collaborate with training teams to build and maintain a gold standard team
• Establish and monitor weekly and monthly objectives for the team
• Ensure employees present professionally and deliver exceptional customer service and clienteling
• Recruit and network in the market to source qualified talent and raise team standards
• Own store P&L and manage budgets including salary, expenses, and inventory
• Maintain visual merchandising and store operational standards
• Coordinate with store support departments and Human Resources on policies and development planning

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer service management role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
