Associate Gallery Leader

Summary

The Associate Gallery Leader is responsible for leadership across all facets of the Raleigh gallery, delivering a luxury experience and supporting cross-functional teams. This role coaches and develops associates, drives results through engagement and accountability, and represents the RH brand through polished communication and presentation. The leader must execute RH's design aesthetic while managing complex priorities and partnering with People on HR matters.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-class service and create a luxury experience for associates and clients
• Boldly coach, lead and develop teams to promote a positive and dynamic environment
• Drive results through team engagement, empowerment and accountability
• Attract, hire and develop talent at all levels
• Educate teams on product assortment and the RH point of view
• Recognize and respond to complex priorities and address HR concerns in partnership with People

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail
• Superior organization, leadership, analytical and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire others; results-driven
• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for RH design aesthetic
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and maneuver effectively on the gallery floor
