Responsibilities

• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools, including text and social media.
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events, promotions, and counter merchandising.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships to support product knowledge and sales initiatives.
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and assist customers with loyalty account enrollment.
• Keep the counter organized, clean, and customer-ready at all times.
