The Beauty Counter Manager leads the La Mer counter at Streets At Southpoint, delivering personalized makeup and skincare services while driving counter sales and customer loyalty. Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products to meet customer beauty goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events, promotions, and in-store activations
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize counter performance
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and assist customers with rewards program enrollment
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and presentation of the beauty counter
