Associate Gallery Leader

Summary

The Associate Gallery Leader oversees all facets of the gallery business and leads a cross-functional team. This role delivers a luxury experience for associates and customers while driving strategy, team development, and results.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand with polished communication, professionalism, and a passion for luxury design.
• Educate teams on the product assortment and design point of view.
• Coach, lead, and develop teams while fostering engagement, empowerment, and accountability.
• Attract talent and partner with the People Team to address human resources concerns.
• Navigate complex priorities and drive results with a positive attitude.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail.
• Strong organization, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire teams, with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Passion and ability to master and execute the design aesthetic.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 pounds and perform prolonged standing, bending, and other physical tasks.
