Associate Manager FOC

Summary

The Associate Manager supports the General Manager in strategic planning and execution to achieve a profitable business. The role helps lead store operations, develop talent, and deliver a consistent customer experience aligned with Ralph Lauren brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business trends and support strategic initiatives, sales performance, and profitability.
• Help develop client outreach and talent strategies, including recruiting, coaching, and employee development.
• Manage store processes, inventory control, productivity, and execution of sales floor standards.
• Promote new selling technologies, uphold company policies, and share business insights with store leadership.

Requirements

• Retail management or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication, business acumen, planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to build positive working relationships and support customers and store personnel.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 30 pounds, standing and walking for extended periods, and working a flexible schedule.
