Job Description

Summary

Support leadership in developing and executing hospitality business strategies and assume responsibility for the guest experience and team performance in a restaurant environment. Lead front of house operations, training, and daily shift management while partnering with hospitality leadership to drive growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all associates during shifts and ensure exceptional guest experience
  • Provide front of house leadership including training and coaching associates
  • Run pre-shift meetings and communicate business updates and station coverage
  • Conduct hiring interviews and mentor team members
  • Develop food and beverage knowledge and train associates on products
  • Map and communicate station coverage plans and lead values messages
  • Be accountable for financial audits paperwork and daily cash handling
  • Manage till cash bank deposits change requests daily balancing and tip tracking

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years leadership experience in the hospitality industry
  • Ability to work independently and with all levels of leadership in a fast paced environment
  • Proven ability to lead a team and own accountability for revenue goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Strong decision making abilities and enthusiastic team player mindset
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand and walk for extended periods
