Associate Manager Accounting

As an Associate Manager Accounting at Armand de Brignac, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all transactional activity and financial services. You will coordinate intercompany activities and act as the primary liaison between internal, intercompany, and third-party shareholders. This role offers a hybrid work schedule based out of the NYC office.

• Oversee the General Accounting function, including legal-entity accounting, and review entries for accuracy.
• Conduct ongoing reviews of general ledger and accounting data, managing corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor sales flow and purchasing processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Generate and verify financial reports as part of the monthly closing process.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc analysis and supporting schedules.
• Propose and process journal entries related to T&E, and manage chargeback requests.
• Ensure invoices flow through the invoice workflow process and handle vendor statement reconciliations.
• Monitor daily bank transactions and prepare daily cash files for processing.
• Act as the primary intercompany contact, ensuring reconciliations and recordings are completed.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the Wines and Spirits industry.
• Strong systems knowledge and acumen, with experience in SAP and Concur preferred.
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
