Summary
The Associate, Order Fulfillment is responsible for timely and accurate processing of customer transfer sales and online orders to support the luxury shopping experience. This role includes picking, inspecting, packaging, shipping, processing returns, and maintaining systems and reports to meet departmental performance standards.
Responsibilities
- Produce order pick lists multiple times per day and organize picking routes
- Ensure hold orders are executed within 24 hours and input shipping confirmations promptly
- Inspect products for quality, damage, and correct labels prior to packing
- Package and prepare orders for shipping and securely store inventory as required
- Process and log store returns, verify returned items and process refunds
- Prioritize and action orders based on time sensitivity and confirm shipments
- Update cancelled reports twice per week and maintain filing and report systems
- Order and replenish packaging supplies based on volume
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and provide feedback to system administrators
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Very detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Proficient with computers and systems such as POS, IP, CTS, SAP
- Highly service oriented with exceptional organizational and follow up skills
- Excellent communication in French and English
- Ability to meet standards for fill rates and order processing timelines
- Experience handling returns and processing refunds
- Commitment to privacy policies, regulations, and cyber security measures
