Summary
Join the Fashion After-Sales team to assist with day-to-day after-sales operations, performing product assessments on incoming stock and client repairs. Work closely with Client Relations, Quality Operations, and Workshop Atelier to determine repair feasibility, prioritize sensitive repairs, and ensure timely handling and inventory processing. This role supports spare parts processes, global repairs coordination, and weekly shipments to external workshops.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily assessments of incoming stock and client repairs, identifying repair service selection, authentication, and required actions.
- Prioritize sensitive or escalated repairs and partner with Client Relations on inquiries and irreparable items.
- Coordinate with local and global workshops on repair feasibility and shipment of repairs to external vendors when required.
- Manage spare parts processes: pick and order parts, receive and match parts to repairs, upload replenishment data, and support cycle counts.
- Communicate extended lead times and repair issues to retail and global teams, and organize weekly shipments while liaising with customs as needed.
- Perform systems steps for stock repairs, including inventory transfers and claims resolution, and support manager on assessment activities and audits.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of related experience in operations, retail, or client experience roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and comfort working in systems; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and be in-person 5 days per week at the Piscataway, New Jersey office.
