Job Description

Summary

As an Associate on the Fashion After-Sales team in Piscataway, you will support day-to-day after-sales operations, coordinating product inspection, repair feasibility, repair organization, and quality control to deliver a high-quality client repair experience. You will collaborate with client relations, quality teams, workshop artisans, and logistics to manage repair flow and implement process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily after-sales operations including product inspection and assessing repair feasibility
  • Organize and track items flowing in and out of the repair workshop and maintain accurate counts
  • Coordinate outbound repair shipments and partner with logistics on priority repairs
  • Perform administrative tasks such as system entries and photographing repairs
  • Work with Artisan managers on repairs that do not meet quality standards and support cycle counts with Inventory Controller

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of related experience in operations, retail, or client services
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and comfort working in systems
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; ability to collaborate and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be in-office five days per week at the Piscataway, NJ office
