Summary
Maintain and elevate the boutique brand image by executing visual merchandising tasks to enhance the client experience and support the selling process. Report to the Boutique Director with a dotted line to the Regional Visual Merchandising Manager and work in-store with minimal supervision to implement displays, updates, and events.
Responsibilities
- Change and maintain mannequins and floor displays to expedite the selling process
- Pull replenish and substitute products on the selling floor as needed for client requests
- Serve as point of contact for the store when VM Lead is unavailable including weekends and holidays
- Support operations with product prep for floor moves and collection launches including touching display items
- Update digital photo files and keep documentation of window items current for selling team reference
- Assist with implementation of events sales seasonal installs and corporate events
- Communicate effectively with boutique selling team and management
- Work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
- Basic knowledge of retail operations display and merchandising
- Experience with basic computer software and digital photography
- Minimum associate degree preferably in a fashion related major
- Ability to work on a ladder and lift 30 - 40 lb and move items up to 25 lbs
- Flexible schedule availability for late nights weekends and some holidays
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Passion for brand history product and client experience
