Responsibilities
- Drive daily sales goals and contribute to business results.
- Provide a customer-first experience aligned to brand expectations.
- Participate in team training and support company initiatives.
- Use alternative purchasing tools such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home.
- Support product discovery through QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores.
- Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times.
- Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide feedback to management.
- Assist across sales floor, stock, dressing room, cashwrap, and office tasks.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred in high-volume or specialty environments.
- Effective communication with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to stand, move, walk for multiple hours and operate a register.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around store areas safely.
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.
