Bartender

As a Bartender at Holt Renfrew, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages while maintaining the bar to the highest standards. You will provide exceptional service and recommendations to guests, ensuring a memorable experience.

• Prepare mixed drinks, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages as requested by servers.
• Present all completed orders according to Holt Renfrew standards.
• Provide beverage recommendations based on guest preferences and food pairings.
• Stock beverages and conduct periodic inventories to ensure sufficient supply.
• Order additional stock as required and approved.
• Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements.
• Maintain bar in compliance with provincial liquor legislation and regulations (Smart Serve).
• Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cyber security measures.

• High School diploma.
• 3 years of previous bartending experience.
• Smart Serve designation.
