Responsibilities

• Achieve individual, vendor, event, and department sales goals.

• Keep the cosmetics counter clean, tidy, and welcoming while working with team members and account representatives.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment.
• Demonstrated successful sales performance, including exceeding quotas.
• Professional makeup and treatment consultation and application skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently and collaboratively, and learn clienteling software.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, organization, and business judgment.
