The Beauty Advisor represents Creed and Saks Fifth Avenue by providing personalized beauty consultations and exceptional customer service. The role develops client relationships, drives individual and vendor sales, and maintains an inviting counter.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual, vendor, event, and department sales goals.
• Build client relationships and use clienteling tools to record customer preferences and support follow-up.
• Provide makeup and treatment consultations, product application, and attentive service through the sale.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming counter and collaborate with the account executive and store team.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in customer-focused cosmetics.
• Successful sales experience, including a record of exceeding quota.
• Professional makeup and treatment consultation and application skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team, use clienteling software, and demonstrate sound judgment and attention to detail.
