Responsibilities

• Achieve individual, vendor, event, and department sales goals.
• Build customer relationships and record client preferences using online clienteling tools.
• Provide exceptional service, professional makeup and treatment consultations, and product applications.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming counter and collaborate with team members and the Account Executive.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment.
• Demonstrated sales success, including exceeding quota.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn clienteling tools.
