Summary

Provide an elevated client experience through personalized beauty consultations and sales across cosmetics and fragrances. Use product knowledge and in-store services to meet and exceed individual and department sales goals while growing a client base through in-person interactions and social media.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual cosmetic and event sales goals
• Deliver professional make up consultations and applications
• Provide personalized product recommendations by asking appropriate client questions
• Actively use online clienteling tools to record client information and preferences
• Participate on social media to grow personal brand and business
• Cross sell across product lines to increase basket size
• Maintain clean and welcoming counter standards
• Serve as brand expert and positive liaison with account executives
• Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year retail experience within the beauty industry
• Demonstrated successful sales performance meeting or exceeding goals
• Comfortable learning and using online clienteling software
• Proficient with social media for business growth
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create and maintain excellent client relationships
